Pricing and Payment Policies:

$1,999 per person plus air. Single Supplement: $500. Pricing includes airport transfers in Amsterdam, entry fees to spas, and accommodations (twin share) in four or five star hotels. $200 deposit per person refundable up to 90 days before departure. Full payment due at 60 days before departure. Payment by credit card or check. JetSpa Tours maintains the right to cancel the tour 30 days before departure if it does not have a minimum of 20 participants and will provide a full refund to participants. 
 

What is it like visiting a Dutch Beauty Center?

Although people are open with their nakedness, normally sauna-goers do not hang out naked or exposed. They typically wear a bathrobe. Nakedness is kept for the hot sauna, steam bath and the showers. When taking a sauna, sit on your towel. When taking a steam bath, leave your towel outside. Don’t eat a big meal before going. Each spa features a place where you can dine.
 
Why did you choose these 5 Beauty Centers?

We wanted to give our participants a varied experience, introducing them to large, medium and small-size spas.


What type of people are expected on the tour and how large will our group be?

From 20 to 25 adults over the age of 18.
 
What type of transportation will be used to tour the country and who will be our tour guide?

We will travel on a luxury motor coach that will vary in size depending on the number of participants. Our tour guide is an in-country expert thoroughly familiar with all of the places we plan to visit.
 
What will the weather be like in early December and what clothes do you recommend bringing?

The temperature will range from about 36 degrees F to 44 degrees F, with only a 23% chance of temperatures dropping below freezing. Our tour dress code is casual, although you might want to bring fancier clothes for a night on the town.

Does the tour price include air?

No. Our pricing does not include air, only airport transfers to and from Amsterdam. However, we will be happy to book your air reservations and help with other transportation issues.
 
Are breakfast and hotel taxes included?

Yes. Continental breakfast is included at all of the hotels we stay in, as well as local taxes and service charges. Continental breakfast includes coffee, tea, juices, bread, butter and jam.
 
What is a twin share room?

In Europe, a “twin” consists of two single beds.
 
How much is the deposit?

$200 deposit per person refundable up to 90 days before departure. Full payment is due at 60 days before departure. JetSpa Tours maintains the right to cancel the tour 30 days before departure if it does not have a minimum of 20 participants and will provide a full refund to participants.
 
What are the acceptable forms of payment?

Credit Card (MC, Visa, Discover, American Express) and personal check.
 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Holiday Inn Amsterdam
5 star (Dutch rating) hotel ideally located on the ring road, with very good access to Central Amsterdam. Trams depart directly outside the hotel to the center which takes approx. 10 minutes.  All rooms are comfortably furnished (some rooms refurbished during 2004/2005). Hotel has a restaurant and bar.
 
Parkhotel Den Haag
4 star hotel situated in the center of The Hague, bordering the Gardens of the Nooreinde Palace and close to shops, theaters, museums and restaurants. All renovated bedrooms have private facilities, direct-dial telephone, hair dryer and trouser press. In addition, the hotel has a bar; The Garden Room restaurant has been fully restored and refurbished (summer 2005). 
 
Eden Savoy Rotterdam
4 star hotel, situated on the perimeter of Rotterdam center in a residential area within walking distance of tourist attractions and the Old Harbor. All the stylish 'Burberry' decorated rooms have en-suite facilities, TV, telephone, hospitality tray, hair dryer, safe and air conditioning. Hotel also offers a lounge/cocktail bar and breakfast restaurant. There is also a small fitness room which is free to guests and 2 lifts that access all floors. Evening meals can be taken in a nearby restaurant.  
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Guaranteed Prices - All tour prices are per person and are guaranteed at the time of booking. All prices are per person in US dollars.
 
Tour prices include all listed motorcoach transportation, airport transfers, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, luggage handling and services of JetSpa’s Tour Director.
 
Tour Prices Do Not Include Airfare to the tour departure point or from the tour ending point. Gratuities for bellmen, doormen, dining room servers, housekeepers, local guides, and drivers are also not included in the pricing.
 
Hotel Rooms Before or After Tours Are Not Included – If you would like to stay longer, JetSpa can assist in arranging nights before or after your tour to help get you better acclimated. Reservations are on a space available basis and charges will be made to your tour cost. Note: Airport transfers are not included for these bookings.
 
Hotels – JetSpa’s standard is to provide the best available hotels without sacrificing value. Although the quality of accommodation may differ from place to place, this standard remains uncompromised. Two-bedded rooms are reserved in most hotels.
 
Single Rooms - Since hotel rates are per room, the tour price for rooms occupied by one person is higher than those where two or more persons share the cost of a room. Please note most single rooms are smaller than double rooms and have only one bed.
 
Singles who wish to share with another guest should request this at time of booking; reservations will be designated as a "single-share-if-possible" basis. The single price is charged initially; upon departure, if another guest is willing to "share", the difference between the single price and the per person twin price will be refunded. Shares cannot be guaranteed.
 
Meals - Most meals are included as specified in the itinerary. Meal codes are: B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner. Special dietary requests may not be available, please confirm any special needs with your JetSpa counselor.
 
Personal Expenses, such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mineral waters, soft drinks, laundry, airline excess baggage charges and other extras are not included.
Smoking is not permitted on motorcoaches.
 
Clothing - Please confirm proper attire with your JetSpa Tours counselor.
Passports/Visas - US citizens will need a valid passport to enter the Netherlands and return to the United States.
 
Other conditions - JetSpa reserves the right to terminate the tour of any persons who are abusive of others or whose behavior disrupts the tour. Travelers should be in reasonably good health. Any person who needs assistance with walking, dining, or personal needs must have a companion to assist them. Please consult your physician for pre-departure health advice.
 
Itinerary Changes & Flexibility -  JetSpa Tours pledges to make every effort to operate all tours as advertised. Travelers should be as flexible as situations may arise, voluntary or involuntary, that necessitate schedule changes or exceptions to the itinerary. On these occasions, JetSpa reserves the right to make changes as necessary. Any savings realized by these changes will be refunded to participants. Any resultant added expense will be borne by JetSpa.
 
Departure Changes - In the unlikely event unforeseen circumstances necessitate the cancellation of a tour departure, JetSpa will ensure a smooth transition to a different date. JetSpa will cover airline penalties or other costs associated with the change in travel arrangements.
 
Deposit Date - To hold space up until the time of "final payment", a deposit of $200 per person is required, plus must be received by the "deposit due date" or space is automatically released.
Final payment is due 60 days before departure for all tours. Any bookings without full payment at designated time may be subject to cancellation without notice. Please call your JetSpa counselor for the exact final payment due date of your tour.
 
Final Documents, which may include airline tickets when applicable, are sent by first class mail upon receipt of final payment.
 
Cancellation and Transfer Fees - Regardless of reason, cancellations and transfers result in costly charges from JetSpa’s  travel and hotel providers. Therefore, fees will apply without exception. These fees apply whether or not a person transfers to another tour departure. Time of cancellation will be when notice is received by JetSpa.
